Enhancing building management solutions
Spacewell is active in the fast-growing building management segment. They focus on making building management smarter. At Unform Agency I created the UI designs for the landingpage of their partner portal. The goal of the project was to create an intuitive and efficient platform that enables Spacewell's partners to easily access resources, manage client data, and streamline their workflows.

Visual exploration and concepts
For Spacewell’s partner portal, the direction of both playful and professional was chosen, staying true to their brand. Since Spacewell focuses on smart building management and real-time assistance, the design needed to reflect innovation while being user-friendly. Through explorations we found that gradients added a sense of energy and movement without overwhelming the interface.
Establishing the visual style
The final design uses a mix of blues, greens, and greys, with a subtle purple gradient for a lively yet balanced feel. This gradient flows naturally throughout the layout, representing the movement of people in a dynamic environment.
Designing the UI
With the visual style in place, I built a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigation easy for both new and existing partners. The layout, colors, and spacing guide users seamlessly through the platform, enhancing usability without distractions.
Outcome
The final design delivered a user-friendly platform that aligned perfectly with Spacewell’s brand identity while introducing a fresh, playful touch. The partner portal improved user engagement and also reinforced Spacewell’s brand as a forward-thinking leader in building management solutions.
The result is a modern, engaging partner portal that feels both welcoming and efficient. The gradient adds a dynamic touch, making the platform visually appealing while reinforcing Spacewell’s focus on smart building management.
